Refunds, returns and exchanges

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made, unless the product is faulty. 

Once you receive your item, please inspect your order and contact us immediately (magnificent.beginnings@gmail.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

After 30 days, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be made.

If there is sufficient evidence that the product is damaged/faulty, and your refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
